We know how difficult it can be to find good quality, reliable tradesmen. It's taken us several years of trial and error to build our current team of highly efficient contractors, who maintain our own portfolios for us.

Having worked so hard to source these professionals we don't want to lose them, so it's in our interests to keep them as busy as possible. For this reason we make our own maintenance team available to our clients whenever they have any spare capacity.

Our team are currently able to provide maintenance covering the vast majority of property and building related issues in North West England, North East England, Yorkshire and Humberside, North Wales and the Midlands.

If you would like to consider using their services please email our maintenance department with a brief description of your requirements and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We'll provide you with the contact details for an appropriate specialist who will be able to discuss your requirements with you and arrange to quote for any work required.

Please note that this a referral service provided in good faith. Should you chose to instruct any of our recommended contractors to complete any work for you,  your arrangement will be made directly with the contractor and Crown Property Investments Ltd accept no liability for the work.
